- Symposium Dinner, Thursday November 13, (19,30 – 22,30) is organised in Glavic family country home situated in the village of Poljica in picturesque Konavle Region, Dubrovnik countryside area.
It is a 15-minute bus ride to reach the country house starting from Hotel Croatia at 19,30.
House has been built by the family generations over the past several centuries. It represents fine example of traditional Dalmatian rural home built from the local materials; Dalmatian lime stone and Dalmatian oak wood. House has wine cellar, old fire place, areas used for olive oil production with ancient olive press and garden with donkey. Dinner prepared by Glavic family and served in their dining room will introduce you to the traditional Dalmatian flavors, experience for all senses.

The expected time of arrival to the hotel Croatia is about 22,30.
It is our suggestion you wear casual or sports warmer clothes.

PELJEŠAC WINES & WINEYARDS
Departure from the hotel at 09:00 and drive along the Dalmatian
coast towards Pelješac peninsula - the most important wine region in Croatia. Arrival to the second biggest Croatian peninsula known as Croatian Tuscany and drive to winery Miloš in village Ponikve. Short tour of the winery and wine tasting. Drive to Potomsko field. Visit to winery Matuško in village Potomje. Short tour of the Winery
followed by wine and rakija (Croatian wine brandy) tasting. Drive to Ston. Short tour of Ston with a guide and time at leisure for optional individual visit to Ston walls. Departure to Mali Ston and lunch in restaurant Villa Koruna.

KONAVLE TOUR
Departure from the hotel at 16:30 and drive to village Čilipi.
Short tour of the village with a guide that includes visit to Memorial house museum and St. Nicholas church. Drive to family house Slovak and visit to this traditional house with a demonstration of silk production with biscuits, tea or coffee.
Drive trough picturesque Konavle area to village Ljuta.
Visit to traditional mill from 15th century with a demonstration of flour production and homemade prosciutto and cheese tasting. Short walk by the river Ljuta to restaurant Konavoski dvori for a dinner. Restaurant used to be a comlplex of water mills used for flour, oil and wine production. Staff is dressed in a traditional national costumes.
Menu: Mixed salad, mixed roasted meat (pork, chicken, homemade sausage), roasted potatoes, dessert.
After dinner, return to the hotel till 20:30.

MEĐUGORJE & MOSTAR Departure from the hotel at 08:30. Drive along Adriatic coast from Cavtat to Neum. Short break in Neum on the coast of Bosnia Herzegovina. Drive trough Neretva river valley towards Metković and border with Bosnia Herzegovina, and after entering BH, drive to Međugorje, the well known pilgrimage destination.
Meet local guide in Međugorje for a walk to Aparition hill.
Return to the center, time at leisure.
Departure to Mostar. Lunch in Mostar in one of the centraly located restaurants near the Old bride followed by a city tour.
Time at leisure.
Departure to Cavtat with a short photo pause in Počitelj and a

DAY 3 17/11/2008 Sarajevo – Osijek
Morning departure to Osijek, the largest city in eastern Croatia, beautifully settled on the banks of Drava river. The abundance of game and agriculture has made Osijek the country's semi-official gastronomical capital.

DAY 4 18/11/2008 Osijek – Zagreb
Morning departure to Djakovo. The first thing you see when approaching Djakovo from either side is the brightness of the bricks of the two towers
and cupolas of the most beautiful cathedral in the area from Venice to Istanbul. The tour of the Cathedral followed by departure to Zagreb. Upon arrival sightseeing of Zagreb, Croatian capital city, including the fortified Upper Town, the city’s historical centre, St Mark’s church with multi-coloured roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre and University.
